Is 0.31Mbps an acceptable download speed while in FAP mode? I don't think so. 1.00Mbps would be acceptable and until this month is what I was getting. Customer since 2017. Looking at other options now.

What is the most recent HT2000W software version? Does Hughes post that information anywhere?

I was finally able to change the WiFi channels. It required me to make the change, then unplug the HT2000W a few seconds and plug back in. Once it came back up I was on the new channels.

Making the change with wired laptop. The auto 5ghz is using id 36 and it isn't very good upstairs. Want to move it up to I think 149 was what my analyzer recommended.

I have had the Gen 5 HT2000W for a couple of weeks now. Happy with it so far but I do have one issue with the built in wireless router. I need to change the 5ghz from Auto channel to a static channel. Everytime I try to do so, wireless just stops working completely. Even stops working if I try to change the 2ghz to a static channel. Anyone with thoughts or suggestions on this?

After a week of trying to update my billing address it finally accepted the change. It appears that hughesnet servers are overwhelmed at times. Thanks, Steve G.

I have the same issue. I have been trying for 3 days to update my mailing address. I've used 3 different computers on 2 different networks and I get the same message. It will not update.
