Spent time on phone this weekend with them we have had it for 10 years and never had a problem because we manage it carefully. Hughesnet said there is nothing showing with our account but I think there is something wrong as well. No kids, password protected system. I am unplugging the LAN at night and disconnect all devices from the wi-fi and will be monitoring it. I was very upset since it is expensive to keep refilling.15KViews1like1Comment
