I made another attempt to purchase the token and received same error. Not sure if the problem was a problem with my computer, I restarted computer and again attempted to purchase the token. Same result with a new message stating to try again in an hour. In total, I made 8 attempts to purchase a token being told there was an error. I was billed $72.00 for a token I never received. I would like to receive a credit to my account.
