I have been calling and talking with tech support since Dec 20th, but have been having probs since first installed in early October. Everything in our small house is sooo slow, even one person alone in house cannot stream Hulu or Netflix without major buffering, locking up, or completely disconnecting. Repeat calls, repeat tests that fail 20+ times until only once on their end but cannot duplicate or show me proof of their results. This is worse than the only other option in my area, and not even close to what I was promised! Now the entire internet is down and has been for over am hour. Calling them over 30 times ends up with nothing but hang ups. I demand to be out of my contract immediately for you breaching it!
