Hello, After reading through many posts concerning this topic, I've discoved that I was sold the Gen 5 service, but have been connected to the Echostar 17, probably because I live in Northern CA. I've been testing all day and the speed are unacceptably slow (for example, 1.3 mbps download speed). http://testmy.net/quickstats/LStarzer I can't even load the Netflix selection page let alone stream anything. This is unaccetable. Where can I go from here? -I don't have hours to spend on the phone with tech support nor should I have to considering I was sold a faulty service. I've read a few posts that have given me hope that this can be resolved. Please advise.
