I was told in a recent call that there was a beam issue which was causing my service to be less than optimal. Whats's new. I was told that i would be recieving the sub optimal speed at no charge until the issue was resolved. I was told my account would be suspended but I would continue to recieve the service until it was up and running optimally, at which time I'd be paying again. I reached back out when no service was available and was told my a call center employee he had no idea about the beam issue was restarted my service. I coulnd't be more dissapointed with the service as a whole. I've spent probably 5 hours of time on the phone resolving issues. I was sold a router by a HughesNet hired third party installer that I did not need. Actively looking for alternate service. Even posting this is proving to be an issue.
