When logging out of an email account (hughes) the screen just sits there. If I log out again, a box appears that says session has ended and sign in appears. When I click on sign in it takes me to Hughes home page with the email button in the upper right hand corner. I click on that and it immediately takes me back to the email account I was signed into previously. In other words, the system is not signing me out. I have multiple accounts and it is a pain to completely leave the system and log back on to firefox or crome. This is very similar to the problem I questioned a year and a half ago which mysteriously was corrected about a month ago. Just before the new email format was launched. Please fix it. Thanks, OT

Back in Feb. I asked about a message saying "Please close your browser" Orriginal topic was declared solved. I disagree. I have been with Hughes.net for years. This did not happen a year ago. I have taken 4 screen shots. Shot (0) shows browser open, Shot (1) shows browser closing, Shot (2) shows browser closed, Shot (3) shows after browser closed. Something in the software is not recognizing that the browser has indeed closed. In todays world, time is money. Taking 15 to 20 seconds for the "Please close your browser" message to appear is not acceptable. Sure hope someone investigates this a little deeper and not just say it happens to me too and declare solved. Note upper left corner HN blue Note upper left corner log out Upper left corner HN is white and closed. Browser already closed and this message appears.
