My phone is not working well so I thought of emailing or chatting with customer service to update my billing information (use a different card). However when I try to use the email/chat feature I am redirected to this screen in which supposedly there is a form to be filled out but there is none. Is there any other way I can contact HughesNet customer support? I also noticed the part of the bottom that says you can update this information online, but I tried to follow those instructions and the screenshots they used were for an earlier version of the website. The 'billing and account management' tab with the option to update payment information is nowhere to be found.
