It is limited. Say you reach your 50 gb data plan, plus the bonus data, but then you're throttled to 1 Mb/s for the rest of the month. If you then download continuously for the reminder of the month (which is unreasonable), you can use a maximum of 2.7 Tb of data for the month. That is a limit.
