When the installer came I asked him and he said yes. The line I had ported was for a landline designated fax. When I called to activate and asked the technician how to connect the fax he said "it does not support fax". I was told I have 30 days to disconnect. I asked to have this confirmed by email and no one has responded! Please confirm it is a 30 day disconnect without fees. I was given wrong information the first time signing up for it and I do not want to get wrong information again. P. S. Love the internet!
