I have notified tech support on numerous occassion, 3+, regarding this problem. After being placed on for an average of 15-20 minutes, they ask me if I'm at home to connect or sign on, no I'm not home....they then say I'm going to test it. And then tell me that every thing is ok....problem resolved/closed ticket.

Poor or No internet service...no matter how many times I call them, nothing changes....they mark it resolved. They also threaten me with penalty fees. It like flushing money and time down the toilet.
