I don’t think you’re the only one with the problem. I had mine installed last week. The installation guy was very cordial. The problem is the internet speed is unusable. The main page for google alone takes a minute to load. I’m canceling. I’m sure I’m not gonna get the money I paid. Taking my losses now before it gets worse.
