I have executed all the tests in the control panel and tested speeds through multiple devices (Roku, smart phone, smart TV) with everything else "off" and not connected to wifi. Also turned off data save and turned the video streaming services to standard definition, as in not HD. still have sluggish streaming at all times of day and during week.
