I just auto pay my bill for 30g monthly on the 19/20. TODAY it says 20 percent packet loss and 4.7g REMAINING on my plan! How can i have 16% left on a plan that has just re-newed? Nothings changed on our end.... actually, its even less usage cause we unplug/off unused wifi tablets and phones. Do we do a reset of the modem? How can data just dissapear right after the bill is paid? I didnt use all this data, no way....
