I currently work remotely for a company outside of my home state. I'm supposed to access files through a remote network, specifically through a Watchguard Firebox (not a VPN). A computer was shipped to me and I initially didn't have access to 5 of the 6 drives I was supposed to be working on. Working with Watchguard and my employer, I was able to gain access to all but one drive and lost access to the drive I was initially able to get into. Actually, I can access these drives for a few minutes by selecting "Work Offline" under the "Easy Access" tab on the home ribbon of Windows Explorer. After that, I lose acess to any files and have to start over. My employer has no clue and thinks maybe it's an internet issue. And his networking admin help company doesn't know either. Does anyone know? Can anyone help? Thanks for reading.
