Have been customer for many years now and had my share of technical support and home agents trying to fix out data input and output. When we complain, for about two weeks everything works so well that we are amazed! Then the throttling down begins, and by the time three weeks goes by, we are getting 10+ buffering sessions every time we watch NETFLIX, As a result, for the past few months we have been watching other venues. Also, because of throttling down the signal strength into our home is not enough to support a home security system through ADT Security Services. Help?
