TECH TIME
I want to say thanks to Hughes tech support. Every time I post I get a call. Thats awesome! I have speed issues and I hope they can figure this out because I hate cancelling service, not to mention the fees to do so. I don't think my problem can be resolved but after over an hour tonight, I feel confident that the TS folks will leave no stone unturned in trying to get it going. While I will have to say my overall service has been as promised (reliability and data), the speed during peak periods is unusable. The speeds are horrible during peak hours, even after multiple calls to support. My installation was 24 days ago. How can I reluctantly cancel the service? Thanks,1.6KViews0likes0Comments
