If you're showing 500MB prepaid tokens available and a "Use" button next to them, it means that they're tokens you already own. They were likely given to you for some reason. Perhaps due to an outage or as compensation for something else. They also sometimes give token data if you're asked to run speed tests when troubleshooting a speed issue.
If you click on a 500MB prepaid token it will add 500MB of token data to your token data bank, which will then be readily available to automatically use if you exhaust your regular data.
You'll only be charged for tokens if you choose any of the 3GB, 5GB, 10GB and 25GB options. Any Free or Prepaid options means you already own some in those options.
Hope this helps. 🙂
