Billing

I have been trying to pay my bill online but my account shows a $0 balance. it has always been due the 29th of each month. It’s technically a day late today

Thank you for posting an welcome to the community. After looking into your billing history, it appears your account is on auto payment with your checking account and 11/29's bill was already deducted on time. -Damian
