I am discontinuing my Hughsnet service. After 2 yrs of the worst service.

I am discontinuing my Hughsnet service. After 2 yrs of the worst service. It's even worse than dialup. Beware I have tokens that I have paid for which are none refundable. I added a new debt card and they took a $1 verification fee that is supposed to be return ( I've changed debets before) that will not be returned. Then they want to bad mouth the new company I'm going to for less money and want me to change my mind. I am so over this.

    Should have asked for help here before if you were getting worse than dial-up speed. Hopefully you'll be happier with new ISP.
    Curious, is it the other satellite provider?
