Why was I charged 45$ on 12/11/17 and being charged again for 80.79 on 1/1 with no data

Welcome to the community and thank you for posting. We'll look into this for you and post back once we have news or additional questions for you. In the meantime, you can view a breakdown of your bill on line, which should explain what each charge is for. To view your bills online, mouse over My Account at the top, then click on My Bill.
