Such a rip-off

Not a failing company at all.   Have account or service issues?  Then use the community for what it's designed to do: help you.  Create a post under Tech Support and explain your issue in detail.  They will help you. 

Also, might want to read the subscriber agreement, especially the disclaimers, but also the grievance procedure, which, like so many companies these days, does not allow your "Ssalc noitca" approach, but offers a different approach to resolve issues, which can actually work better than "Ssalc noitca."   

If you want to just vent, this is not the right place. Go  out into the web and search Google to find a lot of the places that are made for venting and for reviewing the service.  This community is for tech and account support, and the section "Your thoughts on the community" is about the site itself, not the company.
