Rebates are processed within seven (7) business days after the second invoice is generated.

If your rebate claim meets all program requirements and is approved, your Prepaid Card will arrive in 6-8 weeks from approval.

You can track the status of your rebate by visiting main.hughesnetrebates.com and using the "Check your claim status" option. You will be asked to supply your Claim Reference number and email address.
