This website uses cookies...

The "This website uses cookies" popup is happening on every page. It's getting really annoying.

Hi Gabe & maratsade,

 

I am surprised you are seeing error 401 - but thank you for letting us know. Is this happening on only your Hughesnet service, other ISP/mobile provider or specific devices?

As for the cookies pop-up, are you making any choice when it comes up? If so, what are you clicking to opt in or out of?

    • Error 401 is happening everywhere for me, with HN and other ISPs.  Ditto for different devices: issue happens on iPhone and iPad as well as on the laptop. 
    • Cookies --  I have clicked both Accept and Decline.  Makes no difference. 

    We had growing pains the last time the site was updated -- we'll grow out of them! 😊

    I'm always clicking Accept for the Cookies. 

    I only had the 401 error on the first day, but haven't since.

    I'd post a picture, but I can't. 🤣
