Your high-speed Internet can save you big money on phone bills.
The calling features and quality you want—at a price you'll love—without using any of your monthly data!...
I signed up for voice yesterday online after my GEN5 upgrade and got a confirmation email that my plan had changed... but nothing about equipment being sent to me. What can I expect?

Hi Larry,
Since you ordered HughesNet Voice yesterday, I think you should be receiving another e-mail about getting started with your new Voice service. Your HughesNet Voice analog telephone adapter (ATA) will be shipped to you and can be activated without the need of a tech.
Once the ATA arrives, you can use the printed guide that comes with it or the info here: http://voice.hughesnet.com/activate/innomediaJ2.cfm
There's a nice video showing the setup process so you're clear on how to hook up the ATA. That page also has the link to start the Voice service activation process.
If you have additional concerns, feel free to start a new thread so we can help.
Thanks, I got my ATA today from UPS and it's hooked up and running well. Voice calls sound fine. The instructions on your link are a bit better than the ones that came in the provided booklet.
Thanks again,
Larry
P. S. you have been a lot of help to me in the past 😀
That's great to hear, Larry! Thank you so much!
