Is the following an official HughesNet site? https://www.hughesnetinternet.net/ AFAIK, the following is the official HughesNet site, but I often see the one above, and its sub-pages, in sea...

I appreciate your concern about the legitimacy of this website, I was too. I did get confirmation that this is indeed one of ours. We're already working with the webmaster to ensure the information on that site is updated and accurate. I suggest sticking to our FAQs on https://myhughesnet.hughesnet.com/.
At the risk of sounding paranoid, I've seen entire websites scraped and replicated elsewhere. I've also seen portals set up to echo them as well (mine included). So my first instinct is to apply as much skepticism as possible when I see something strange like that. When it comes to the internet they're guilty until proven innocent. Having adminstered sites for years, I've seen way too much nonsense.
I'd be skeptical as well.
