You mean all this time you've been artificially capping the capacity, so we've been running slower and more clogged than we needed to be?
All ISPs keep a small amount of their capacity in reserve.
The impact will likely be minimal, as ~325Gbps is still pretty small for ~1.2 million customers, of whom an ever increasing number are online at any given time.
