Don’t like hugesnet

I’m not happy with my service that I get from hugesnet. The reasons are bc 1st as soon as I got my internet I started having problems. I would call customer service and they would say everything is fine when in face it wasn’t. It had went out 5x while on the phone with them. When I asked to finally speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. the customer service is not great, I’ve been hung up on numerous times. I would not recommend them to anyone.
