I am unable to access email from any method, device, or app, including trying to access my email accounts directly from your website on my computer.
They have this issue often, and it seems to be getting worse. There is no known solution, as the mods have said. Your best bet is to go with another provider, but if you cannot or do not want to, you need to know that these issues happen often and that there seems to be no solution to the issue and has not been one for a long time.
I have not be able to access emails since early yesterday evening. Talk to a support person early this morning and was told they know about the problem and is working on getting it fixed.
Whenever this happens to me, I re-set my modem/router. Just unplug it for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in. To figure out which plug it is, determine which one turns off all the lights on your modem. This always works for me.
