Three weeks ago I received the following email:
I replied to this email but never received a response.
In the past two weeks I've sent 3 direct emails without response.
Each email contained detailed information about an issue with slow service seemingly cause by a dashboard detected problem under the heading of DNS ACCELERATION [N].
I'm just trying to see if someone can take a look at the information I sent and respond to me. I am still having problems and my monthly data will be renewing soon.
