Just picked up an Asus AC3100 That puppy takes the Merlin firmware. That should put a name on who is using what :)
I have the same stuff on my "cheapo" model and turned those same features off. Don't want anything that lets the router send and receive things behind my back.
The usage tools are sweet and has allowed me to know exactly where my data is going.
