Do you know what satellite you are pointed at? Is it Jupiter II or are you still on an HN7000 platform?
I don't know what satellite my receiver is pointed at. We went thru a local installer to do the upgrades to my service. It's supposed to be the newest satellite. Talk about feeling silly.
