Does the video appear to even be loading?  Have you tried a different device?  Is the device you're using connected via WiFi or a LAN cable, and if the former, please try a device connected with the latter method to see if it makes any difference.  

When using a single device that is connected to the modem with a LAN cable, what is the speed you get when you run a 25MB download speed test at the following...
