I have been on hold for an hour! This is really bad customer service! I am trying to cancel our service but no one answers the phone!
Due to the pandemic, call centers everywhere are having the same issue; it's not just Hughesnet.
Keep trying 866-347-3292, preferably in the morning.
You can also try 877-329-1403.
Expect long hold times.
