How to get into contact with higher ups at Hughesnet?
I think the post subject speaks for itself. This is the most abysmal company that I have ever had the misfortune to interact with.
On this tech and account support site, you can interact with HughesNet reps at the corporate level. You will need to post the issue/s you're experiencing, and provide enough detail so they can look into them.
