Hughesnet customer service / billing has canceled me yet again....
I have to say I've about had it with Hughesnet. First they screw up billing me, then they try and tell me they didn't, then they FINALLY put me back on standby, and I'm supposed to be turning service on in August and they send me a notice I've been cancled.
I've been with you only two years. Two. In that time I've had billing screwed up numerous times and without resolution on thier side.
Only way I'm coming back is purchasing the equipment and paying ONLY on the months I use the service. I'd rather use comcast for data any day and that is saying a lot since thier customer service sucks just as bad.
Is it just me or did I sign up on Friday the 13th?
