I lost my income, need to terminate my contract without penalty

Due to to virus I no longer receive my previous income. I am eight months into my two year contract.  I am loosing my home and forced to move in with relatives. Local food banks feed my family.  I need to terminate my contract without penality.

You're in the right place to request to have the ETF dropped, as the phone agents can't make this decision. However, once you hear from the reps on this site about the ETF, you will have to cancel the account by phone, as that's the only way it can be done.  Call 866-347-3292, and if you can't get through during regular hours,try calling at odd hours, such as very early in the morning or after midnight on the weekend. You can also try 877-329-1403.
