I literally placed an order yesterday and called right back and cancelled, I was told I would get a refund, I bank with Navy Federal normally when I have been refunded it shows pending on my account with Hughes net I see no pending refund
You probably won' t see anything until at least sometime next week. You can also call the 800 number on Monday and ask to talk to the billing department. You can call today too, but the weekend reps may not have access to your billing details.
