On 1/21/2019, I upgraded my modem under the pretense that I was not entering a contract. The agent knew that I did not want a contract as it was repeatedly stated. I want this call pulled so I am not reliable for the Early termination fees as I knew I was going to discontinue services due to my house being on the market. Please review the call This is me officially filing a claim and dispute on the contract that I never agreed to. PLEASE PULL THE CALL FOR THIS CASE NUMBER
