So we’ve used up our monthly data and I want to buy data tokens to get us by until it resets. Done this many times before. I go to my.hughesnet.com and I see a 403 error. Request blocked. Too much traffic or configuration error. I can log on for this community, but anything for my account or billing, etc is blocked. I’ve turned off modem for several minutes and turned back on and checked and there is no script blocker or ad blocker on my browser. My internet had been working all morning until now.

So I ended up talking with support on the phone. They had me try clearing my browser history. That did not work.
Then they must have done something because after several seconds, they asked me to retry to the page and voila, suddenly the page was no longer blocked. Don’t know what they did but it’s fixed.
