I need to cancel my internet service. We have had Hughes net for almost 10 months and have never had a good signal. I’ve tried to get this fixed, but to no avail. I finally gave up snd got a local provider. Now I have tried to contact someone to cancel service for almost 3 weeks through email, online, and by phone. I have gotten no response. I no longer want to be billed for internet I’m not using!! Please have someone contact me. Bc of covid 19, apparently no one is working in the offices, and I can’t cancel my account online or through the app. Online directs me to call a representative. When I call, voicemail tells me to go online.
