HughesNet is designed for 25 down and 3 up. Your upload speed is normal, but like Gabe said, it can sometimes go a little over 3. @Pwhitlowrote: I recently tested my upload speed and it’s 1.3, my service is awful. Isn’t there a limit to the upload speed. I’m not paying for this.
