I have had spotty and intermittent slow internet for the entire two year contract. Tech support has sent a repairman twice and on the last visit, I was told to ask for a dish upgrade. In fact, I was told this by his supervisor on speaker phone. I called hughesnet to ask for an upgrade so that I met have better service, I was told that they don’t have one to give me. They don’t have a 90” dish. Who’s lying to me and why?
