After many years a better service became available. The only call I had to make to Hughes in all the years was the one today to cancel. Never had a problem with Hughes service. The young man in the Philippines spoke excellent english and was very helpful.
Just wanted to say I had excellent service with Hughes and good luck to all.

Havent tried to upgrade. With the speeds I get now I dont see the need for a new two year contract.

My Gen4 download speeds are in the 12 to 15Mbps range since folks started moving to Gen5. Even had as high as 23Mbps. Thank You everyone that moved over!
