Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the service and I am also sorry to hear about the unfortunate situation you are in. Certain issues with the service can only be fixed by an onsite technician and depending on how many techs have already come out or the type of fix it may require, compensation may not be available. We do have services such as Express repair which significantly reduces the costs for an onsite technician. With that being said, I would be happy to look into your account and runs diagnostics myself to see what is causing your issues and if a technician is actually needed. In regard to the weather, while this may not be the direct cause of what you are going through, accurate diagnostics cannot always be performed since strong winds and heavy cloud coverage skew the readings and provide false errors.
