WE ARE NEW CUSTOMERS BUT AS OF NOW NOT SURE THAT WE EVEN WANT TO CONTINUE BEING ONE IN LITERALLY LESS THAT 2 MONTHS WE HAVE HAD MORE ISSUES THAN WHAT WE MADE VERY CLEAR FROM THE VERY BEGINNING #1 WE ARE NOT TECH SAVVY TO THE EXTEND OF BEING ABLE TO SET IT ALL UP SECURELY AND FOR IT TO RUN EFFICIENTLY AS IT SHOULD WE WERE INFORMED AND ASSURED THAT THE TECHNICIAN WOULD HANDLE THE INSTALLATION AND THAT HE WOULD SHIW US HOW IT SHOULD ALL WORK THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WE ARE PAYING FOR NORTON DEVICE PROTECTION AND WE TO SAY THE LEAST HAVE NOT MADE IT AS FAR ASEVEN BEING ABLE TO INSTALL ANYTHING ON ANY DEVICES AT ALL AND HONESTLY WE FEAR THAT OUR NETWORKHAS YET AGAIN BEEN TAKEN OVERBY SOMEONE ELSE AND WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF SOMEONE ELSE DECIDING IF AND WHEN WE CAN USE SERVICES THAT WE ARE BEING CHARGED FOR WE HABENT HAD INTERNET NOW AT ALL FOR 2 DAYS CANT EVEN GET IT TO CONNECT HOOK DIRECT VIA ETHERNET CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE WE CANCEL SERVICE
