Just lost signal code 12.1.9 , this was install in Jan 29th, 2024. Lasted 10 minutes then internet resumed. What does code mean?

I’ve had no internet twice in last two days. First time two days ago there was an error, got disconnected from CS while troubleshooting, gave up to have dinner. Somehow problem fixed itself. Yesterday I wake up to find no internet service since 2am. I tried reseting modem by unplugging it, still no internet, WiFi works just not internet. I’m on the phone with CS for an hour and half troubleshooting, system is green lights but internet is not connected. I finally give up with CS telling me system is working according to them. An hour after talking to CS internet starts working again. How I know it is working is my security system is sending alerts to my phone. How can it just fix itself?
