I called customer service a couple of weeks ago about this. Then it worked for a few days but now it’s not working again for several days now. Not good because my son needs for his college work 😡 No system light even after I unplug then plug it back up. Other lights just blink off and on. I can’t get into control system to check what it says because of the no system light. I see other threads that address having a new modem sent to them but this wasn’t given as an option to me by customer service. What else can I do on my end? I can’t call again and stay on the phone with customer service due to work.
