I do hope this is resolved for you by now, but if not, it is Monday, so a rep should be here to help you very soon. I don't blame you for being upset, a past due payment is no joke. Here's praying for you.Re: Not sure where to post this questionThanks Liz....WHAT???? No joke about this....wow...I'm disappointed.Re: Not sure where to post this questionThanks for the link Bill. I went to several pages to scout out a phone number to call, but just kept running into pay for an answer sites. Thanks again.Re: Not sure where to post this questionNo sgoshe, it was not printing anything, just running paper through with nothing on it. It needed a good cleaning as foxbrook said. Thanks for the jump in to help though and to Bill also.Re: Not sure where to post this questionO.K....I have to thank foxbrook for posting the obvious that I did not even think of checking. That was it, just needed a nozzle cleaning. I feel very duh right now. Thanks to Bill and sgoshe also for the attempt to help and especially for the humor suggestion Bill. All is well in printerville now. Upward and onward. Thanks again foxbrookRe: Not sure where to post this questionBy the way, it won't copy scanned images either.Re: Not sure where to post this questionThanks Bill, but I made sure I wasn't doing that wrong with the paper. It just won't print anything on the paper. I was hoping not to have to call Epson, but if I can't get this worked out, will probably have to go that route. All helpful input is so appreciated. This is really important to us that I get this up and printing. It happened once before, and a tech walked me through resetting the settings on the printer, but that was a while back. I don't feel comfortable just doing that without guidance. Not sure where to post this questionJust wondering....does anyone know anything about printers and how to correct an issue with them? I have an Epson WF-2530 WiFi Printer. Normally, no problem with it at all. First, I admit to being not all that great at trouble shooting these things. So...on to the problem. About a week ago, I discovered my printer was not copying direct feed pages through the feeder. It feeds the paper just fine, but nothing is on it when it comes through. No problem with ink levels by the way. Now, it won't print from online either. I tried calling home tech and they were at a loss. Nothing appears to be wrong with the printer itself. Can anyone walk me through how to check settings to make sure nothing is set wrong? Or, maybe I need to reset something???? If you can help, I would surely appreciate it. I have a lot of papers that need to be copied and emailed to doctors and specialists on behalf of my daughter, and since I can't use my fax through the satellite, I have to be able to email copies to them. Thanks for anything you can do to help. Hope I wrote this clearly....Re: Worst Internet Service Evermhasanyeh I am truly sorry this happened and sorry to see you go. I wish you the best. Liz, bravo for your handling of this issue. Very considerate and professional. Hats off to you.Re: Netgear releases patched firmware to fix vulnerability.........Thanks sgoshe. One more question, about remote access, does that count the time home tech support had me turn over control of my computer to them so they could analyze and solve the problem? I thought that was alright to do. I hope I did not mess up there.
