Our contractors are required to carry insurance. We usually would file a claim with that insurance company who will send an investigator to assess the damage(s). Hi guppypond, There is a local dealer that services your area called Satellite Daddy. Their phone number is 866-808-1059. Press 1 for sales. Give them your account number, and they will create an upgrade order for you, and then come install your new system.
