Hi mattkx8x, I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the HughesNet installation. I can help you with a damage claim. Can you please send me the details and photos? Our contractors are required to carry insurance. We usually would file a claim with that insurance company who will send an investigator to assess the damage(s). Hello, I manage the installation group at HughesNet. I sincerely apologize for this poor installation experience. It certainly does not meet our standards and is not typical of HughesNet installation performance. I will address the issues you've mentioned with BMB Communications and their technician. Also, I will look to find a different vendor to service your home and will be in touch soon.

Hi guppypond, There is a local dealer that services your area called Satellite Daddy. Their phone number is 866-808-1059. Press 1 for sales. Give them your account number, and they will create an upgrade order for you, and then come install your new system. Currently, they have availability on Friday afternoon.
